I get my BIABS infilled every 3-4 weeks (at a different venue) and that's what I thought I was booked for. Instead, I was told I needed a full removal (then charged extra for this), given a clear layer of builder gel, and then left with 3 coats of shellac. Not what I wanted and not what I booked, If you want shellac, then i can't fault the application. if you want biabs, this isnt the place and they don't use biabs brand

The nails were rushed. Colour is filed off. I asked for coloured biab but got clear biab so had to get two gel colours. The design I asked for was rushed and not exact to pic shown. Can see my natural nails on sides. Biab doesn’t cover natural nails as it should.

I booked and eyebrow and sides facial threading service. sides have always included the cheek, as sides only would look very bizarre on anyone! plus, there is no option to book cheeks online - made me pay AN EXTRA £12 to do it so I don't look foolish
