Always have to wait for a long time even you book a time slot via treatwell and a staff was very hurry to do my nails. No attention to details. One of my nails, the colour was fell off on the same day. Additional charge may apply on spot. Considering hidden cost. Not recommend for both branches. Soho and Leicestersquare.
