I’ve been here a few times since it opened as I’m local. The friendly greetings have gone. Appointment started late by 15 mins then left for 15 mins to soak my feet. Normal polish quality was very old and poor had become gluey. And it all smudged 20 mins later.

Would not recommend for BIAB. My nails look almost as thick as legos + they do not use quality products. Not to mention the atmosphere in the studio. It wasn't a great experience.

the tech i booked via TW was not available. the pedicurist allocated had just 6 months prior experience so could not complete task of cuticle removal + nail shaping. So male technician took over. the top coat was thick and clumpy - poor finish
