I had a file and polish as gels leave my nails really damaged. No exaggeration to say this is the best file and polish I’ve ever had - it’s was so carefully and neatly done and they look like gels. Great range of OPI and Essie polished, No chipping yet either (I find this can happen quite quickly with polishes as they’re so often rushed/done with inferior quality polish brands). Will for sure be my go-to place.

The Nail Garden was great, friendly staff and a very nice manicure. Slightly pricey but the quality and being in central London I didn't mind. I would definitely go back.
