I can't understand why this place has such good reviews. I went there last week and it's terrible. I got a manicure which had already chipped by Monday. The woman who was doing my nails cut them really short even though I specifically asked her to leave them long - now my previously beautiful long nails are short, stubby and sad. She also gave me a hand massage even though I repeatedly said I didn't want it. I absolutely wouldn't go back. Can't believe I paid £20 for a manicure for three days' wear when my nails last a week if I just do them at home with the stuff I buy from Boots!
