Despite arriving on time, I had to wait for 20-30 mins before a member of staff was available to do my mani-pedi. Rebecca was extremely friendly and professional but the salon was busy (possibly overbooked, or at least not running to time) and I felt somewhat rushed. For the price, the quality of the mani-pedi was not great; the process itself was luxurious and indulgent but the nail polish chipped easily over the coming days and lasted 2 weeks max. Toes fared better. This was inconsistent with my previous experience at The Nail Garden, which had been excellent. A disappointing visit, therefore; not sure if I would return in a hurry.
