The manicure master Sofia was rushing and I felt under pressure while checking the colour of the nail polish. To my request to put two layers of the nail polish for more intensive colour she refused. I asked to push cuticles with the the wooden or metal stick she said that it is another type of manicure where she needs to remove it. After my kind explanation again that I need only to push it to make a round shape, she did it without any desire. The quality of polishing is very low, she was eager to finish fast and do her stuff. After she left me with the fan without any instructions how to use it, it was switching off constantly due to sensor. Her colleague saw me struggling with the machine and came to put a towel under my hands, so that the sensor always feel something. It was so weird that my master didn't make any effort to do this and make my treatment more comfortable. £10.80 was excessive for such a service.

I had a manicure and pedicure. Excellent service and the staff were very polite and welcoming. my manicure is very good but the nail varnish isn't quite perfect.
