This is my local - and I love the cleanliness and the massage chairs, but this time it felt rushed. I could barely relax was asked to turn off the massage because my nails were done at the same time (was not told when I booked). I mentioned this to the nail technician too. Also, their loyalty scheme is off - one stamp regardless of how much you pay. I had two treatments for 70 and got one stamp, with the excuse that it’s a bundle. One stamp is not too important, it’s the attitude that irked me.
