This place is usually amazing but this time the nail technician was unfriendly and rough with the manicure. She made my finger bleed a lot and didn't once apologise for it, and the manicure was messy. Hoping it was a one off as it's usually great.

SNS manicure lasted really well for 2.5 weeks (had to take it off due to regrowth!) through a very action packed holiday in and out of the water - really happy!
