Good result but very expensive, cost not confirmed before starting (also my fault for not checking as wouldn’t have paid that much for treatment, prices were different to Treatwell booking)
Customers should be advised if treatment is more expensive than on Treatwell (especially if it is almost double) - extremely unprofessional

The person got it done in 20 minutes, however there are a few things I really didn’t enjoy, she was really rough with my nails I was so worried it was going to flick off from the speed and force she was applying, she didn’t clean my cuticles properly and I told her I was indecisive between the colour I chose and a shade lighter, she applied on the colour super fast I didn’t get a chance to even look at it to see if I like how it looks on my nail and never once stopped and asked me if I liked it

I will not be coming back. Poor range of nail colours. 3 nude colours I tried choosing were not available. Gel overlay uneven and within 1 day, corners started to chip. For the price I paid, and the quality is not worth especially when I didn’t really get the colour I wanted.
