It used to be my favourite place for a quick but still sensible manicure. I was totally disappointed by the service from a new male beautician who clearly didn’t have enough training and was removing my Shellac by force, using his finger nails at times (ugh!). The evening was also totally overbooked and all beauticians were rushing, and there were 3 people crammed in the queue. That’s so unfortunate and the prices are no longer competitive enough to justify such treatment any more.

Waited a while to be seen despite my appointment and my technician paused my treatment halfway through to go and start someone else’s. Would not recommend if you’re in a rush.

I am utterly concerned at the treatment I just received. We all have bad days and I am aware of that but after showing the nails I had intended to get, the lady removed my nail polish and ended complaining she couldn't remove from below the cuticles so left it there. after she started cutting, I thought she'd do the cuticles but at no point she mentioned or acted on it and then, when I asked to shorten and fix the shape of the nails, she lightly did it although I insisted and nothing. awful exp
