They were very sweet, such friendly and lovely people! But within a week I broke a nail on my right hand, and by the two-week mark I lost two on the right and two on the left. I've never had acrylics break at all, it's just too inconvenient to go back and have them fixed constantly.

I’ve been doing my brows for a few months there and it’s been great! They look amazing in just two sessions. Jenny is really good at the threading. All staff is kind and did not have to wait to be attended - will come back for sure

Within 4 days all my nails have chipped plus one full nail had come completely off.
I was done as a “rush job” at a bad angle sat having my feet done at the same time. It is a terrible job! I just went to enquire as to when they can fix them (I am not available today or tomorrow) but when I said when I could come in I was told they’re too busy.
I was loyal for many years but will not return again.

I got there at 13:58, early for my 14:00. Walked in and there was one person doing nails, not busy at all. I told them i had a shape and polish (which takes 20 minutes) for 14:00. I chose my colour, sat down and waited.
Was waiting there till 14:25, i asked and he said wait 10 more minutes in a rude condescending way. waited until 14:35 and told him to please cancel my appointment. he ignored me, no eye contact so i just walked out. Didn’t do my nails after waiting there for 35 minutes
