I absolutely hate writing bad reviews and really wished I didn’t have to! But I’ve just got home and my fingers are completely stained by the dipping powder. No work was done to tidy my cuticles. The polish is all over my nail beds and the nails are insanely thick and uneven. The worst is that they smell really strong of glue, which has never happened when I’ve had SNS before. I wish I’d spoken up but you don’t notice how bad the work is until you really look close up.
Poor quality manicure and pedicure as well — too quick and sloppy. Quickness is a nice thing and requires some quality to be sacrificed — but there's also supposed to be a certain balance, right? You can't sacrifice all of the quality... For me it was borderline tolerable as it was an emergency, but for anyone looking for a decent service — avoid the place!
Service was ok but really rushed and cleanliness didn’t seem a priority
Everything was pretty average. Focused more on speed than quality.
My friend and I came in without an appointment and we both got acrylic with shellac and Spa pedicures with shellac. The employees worked on us two at a time on the ground floor so we were never wasting time. The efficiency was incredible, but it did not affect how relaxing and special it was to be the only two in there. We were super pampered and got smashing design.
