Booked for 5:15 for manicure. I arrived on time yet they asked me to wait a “short while”. I waited until 5:45 without getting any sort of treatment and then left.
If you like your time being wasted then go for it.

This was not a good experience. It is not a clean venue and despite booking I waited 45 mins on arrival and was there over 2 hours- they didn’t have space for me and removed my current manicure in the waiting area which was unhygienic and did not clean stations inbetween. They did the wrong colour on my nails and did not even notice - I had to point it out and they did not offer a discount. Do not visit here! I
