It was very busy there and looked like they had overbooked themselves. I had two different people for the manicure and pedicure which was fine since they were so busy. Despite it taking a while, the pedicure and manicure both felt rushed and the result was lumpy finish (this was regular polish and not gel). But everything else on my nails looked good (eg cuticles, filing, buffing etc).
