The worst experience. It was like a train station, I had four different technicians start and finish my nails. I wasn’t given colours so by the time I had to choose someone else needed to look so rushed. I did not get what I paid for.

I usually love this salon, but they kept accepting walk ins and left me sat in the chair for an hour before even starting my treatment, despite having an appointment. It made me run late for my evening plans which wasn’t great.

I had booked in for a spa pedicure which included dead skin removal and a foot massage however I didn’t get the massage and left with hard skin. The technician did a lovely job of my nails though so still a nice experience just not quite what I expected
