Attention to detail towards end of treatment was left, the lady doing my nails had already switched clients without doing a final check over of my nails and the sides of my nails weren’t smoothed over causing them to already catch on things. They also seem to jump between clients/stations while you are getting your nails done meaning i was often sitting for 10 minutes or so with no one doing my nails
