I didn’t enjoy my experience here compared to other places I have been. To begin with, I got there at 6:30 when my appointment was, and they made me sit for 20 minutes waiting for a therapist to be free for me. This was annoying as I had plans afterwards that I was then late for.
The manicure itself was also disappointing- they didn’t do any cuticles or anything and just put the varnish straight on. It was cheaper than other places so that wasn’t the end of the world but not what I expected

Good experience overall however I asked for squoval nails but got square shape, and felt as though the lady was rushing to get the job done
