I’ve left the salon upset today and I’ve been a loyal monthly customer for 2 years. A male nail technician did my nails today and was rough and hostile. I pulled my hands back twice because the electronic file was causing a burning sensation and he rudely said no when I asked if he could be gentle. I was unable to relax for the rest of my appointment. Messy manicure. I’ve had great experiences with two female nail techs but lately it feels unreliable. I’m disappointed and unsure if I’ll go back
