I gave Nailbox another chance after a long time, but the experience was very disappointing. I waited over 35 minutes despite having an appointment, and there was another upset customer due to the delays. They should inform clients in advance when running late. When I politely asked the technician to fix a hair trapped inside my cured nail, he became rude and defensive, speaking as if the service was free. Poor customer service and no attention to detail.
