I had made an appointment for 11am arrived at 5 to 11 only to sit there until 12:10. The BIAB was just lumped onto my nails. When they were completed they looked like a set that had been on for two weeks already as they didn’t bother to even push back my cuticles. One of the worst experiences of getting BIAB and I won’t be returning nor would I recommend.
