The Nail Box is my "go - to" place in northwest London. This is the only place I go for a mani or pedi! It's really busy on Saturdays, but they were still very attentive to me and I got my pedicure in good time. Very well looked after.

I had my nails done here for the first time and I’m so impressed. I chose a pink ombré chrome design, which I know isn’t the easiest look to get right, but the finish was flawless. The blend was smooth, the chrome effect was beautiful, and the attention to detail was excellent. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. This was my first visit and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I don’t come here often but when I did, I was happy with the treatments. Today was a bit of a disaster. It was too full and booked customers had to wait quite some time. Pedicure was ok but the manicure was a nightmare. The shop was not clean either. Not a good experience today.
