Normally the Nail Box Kilburn is my go to place but my whole appointment was off this time. I arrived on time for my appointment but it took nearly 40 minutes to be seen. I went for my usual shellac french manicure. While my therapist was super lovely, it was clear she was inexperienced with creating the white tips. They were very uneven & she redid them when asked, but it came out super thick and peeled within a week. I'll be back but hope for a different therapist.
