I went there about 10 minutes before my appointment and didn't get attended to till 15 minutes past my appointment. Then the extra that I paid for my pedicure treatment which was a stone massage lasted 10 seconds. She was in such a hurry she used both her hands with a stone in each hand and rubbed both my legs at the same time. £5 extra is a bit excessive for 10 seconds of a stone rub. Nail polish wasn't applied well - should have applied an extra coat. Then when I left, the nail paint was still wet so it came off. They told me it was ok to leave and when checked if it was dry but obviously not well enough.

They did a really good job considering it was their first day back open. They had protective equipment in all the right places and were clearly taking everything very seriously.
