This visit was really unfortunate. I come to this salon regularly and they are typically really good but on this occasion it really wasn't great. My nail technician had the flu and it wasn't great to have her sneezing on my hands. Why do you let staff work when they are so unwell? As a result she was very grumpy and sloppy as a result. I felt like a major inconvenience to her for being there. I know it's hopefully just a one time event because other times have been good but today was just not great.

The pedicurist was rushing my feet at the end, despite no other customer being present to work on. I felt she could have applied top coat more lavishingly. Rather than applying as if there was nothing else in the bottle.
