Good treatments and was there on second day of opening after the latest lockdown. However, the place was not clean. I saw little if any cleaning between clients. No sanitising spraying of space dividers, seats, chairs between clients. There was dust and dirt on all ledges, heaters etc. I had to ask to have manicure area cleaned of last persons detritus. I then smeared hand gel over area myself.
Couldn’t find right time to have a quiet word with person I thought maybe in charge. Shame.

Great service as always, nice and chilled, small number of clients at once which makes it a relaxing place to be. Friendly and talented team. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
