I loved the design that I left with, but it’s only been 2 days and 1 of my nails has chipped, another one broke and 3/5 nails have half of the design rubbed off. The lady doing my nails was rushing through as I was one of the last people to leave, but she was constantly looking at her phone throughout filing my nails. I heard them say to people that if anything is wrong to come back and they will re-do for free. If more attention was put in the first place maybe that would not be an issue?

They work pretty well, it was always busy the 2 time that I went so i think is better to book in advance because if you just try to find a hour in the same day it will be difficult.
