I arrived a few minutes before my 11am appointment and was seen dead on time. I like the fact that I was seen straight away and was finished in the hour. My technician was very polite and gentle. I like the fact that she asked for feedback to check if I was happy with shape and design. Prices are a bit more than what you might pay for the same work elsewhere but what I like is that I was left satisfied with nails in a nice clean environment and didn't have to time waiting around to be seen.
