Really disappointed, I used to be a loyal customer but the service has changed. Gel is now removed quickly with the machine, rather than waiting the length of time with the foils. My nails also chipped- I returned and explained saying they hadn’t been capped adequately but the staff are in a constant rush so it’s not the nice pleasure of waiting in the salon anymore. Same happened with a friend with nails chipping.
