The staff are extremely friendly and greet you almost instantly as you enter the shop. The wait time is also fairly short, I can always expect to be seen at my appointment time and sometimes slightly earlier. Also the shop is really clean and I enjoy the fact that there is always some type of background music which makes the experience very relaxing and enjoyable.
