Really bad unfortunately. What was billed (and priced!) as a 45 minute luxury pedicure was barely 20 minutes, toe nails roughly cut with clippers and not even shaped with a nail file. I have just had to go home and file down all the sharp jagged edges myself, ruining the polish. There was no base coat used, and very cheap nail polish, so the coat would not have lasted long anyway. The ladies were nice but it’s clear this place just wants to churn through customers asap. What a waste of money.

Charged extra £2 for biab removal. So something to be aware of if booking ‘gel removal’. Staff were fine the removal did not take too long.
