My shellac had to be done twice since bubbles turned up after chrome was applied. I ended up staying an extra 30min and no discount was offered as apology. Also the chrome started peeling 2 days after. Not very impressed.

I am usually really pleased with my manicures here but this one had chipped in 3 places within 24 hours meaning I had to repaint them myself before an event. Really frustrating as I pointed out some problems during the process but felt like quick fixes were applied so she could move on to the next person.
