Really rushed service, the technician left my acetone soak on for only a few minutes before scraping the gel off my nails roughly in BOTH directions, which not only did some damage to my nails but left some gel on that was painted over. The hot towel massage was a room temperature towel the technician just draped over my hands for 5 minutes.

I highly recommend this place! I've been to many places to get my nails done and since I tried this one, I can tell the difference in quality. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
