I was ignored for 20 minutes on arrival to venue. I'm a regular client. When owner saw me looking around to catch someone's attention she then told me, someone will assist me. I had made an appt for Pedi. This was carried out swiftly. No care to symmetry of nail beds and not asking if I wanted nails shortened. My mani was better,carried out with due attention. But I was nipped a few times and blood showed. There was no apology. I usually have a positive experience. This time not so much.
