I was there for over 3 hours as they were fully booked when I got there on time for my appointment. I was swapped over with 3/4 different technicians. The last technician the lady was very lovely and very good at biab. However, the prep by the other technicians was not good at all and my nails were all disproportional and uneven so if it wasn’t for the lady who saved them I would have been extremely disappointed. I must also point out I had to pay extra in top of what I paid through treatwell.

My pedicure was exactly what I asked for, all very efficient and thorough. However Treatwell said it would be 45 minutes and it 1 hour 20 minutes. My colour was perfect, location was great for me and I would say price was very much reasonable to it.
