It took over two hours for my nails to be finished. Another client had her pedicure and manicure finished by a different nail tech and that nail tech then finished mine. I waited over thirty minutes past my appointment time for anything to be done. The original nail tech I had regularly walked away from me midway through to entertain the children of other clients. My nails were not centred and squiffy. Second tech, a young woman, was brilliant. I’d used nail box as my go to but won’t be back

I was booked in at 1145, didn't get started until 1210. One wee later my nail have already chipped. I booked through treatwell and therefore assured the establishment would accept card, they did not. The man ho owned the shop was extremely pushy to pay by cash rather than bank trasnfer. On treatwell the total cost came to £50, when I went to the salon they tried to charge me £65. There was also a VERY young girl wokring in the salon, no older than 9. This felt odd.
