The owners had a fight in the middle of the shop, called me the wrong name, took over 2 hours for a mani-pedi, asked me if I was pregnant (when I'm not), and the manicure is patchy.

I booked a 25 minutes shellac pedicure and to make the job done it takes more than an hours… the men who did the pedicure didn’t used any gloves and the environment was very weird and not clean at all… just a lady was allowed to painting the nails so I had to wait ages before she was available… the pedicure was decent and also the final result but I felt so awkward for the entire treatment… The price was competitive but it’s not worth it! I’ll not come back!

The nails were fine, I booked for infills at the only place open past 7. The man who did my nails was very unhygeinic, he left to smoke and then would return and do customers nails, his hands were dirty, he did not wash them once. I could see no sterilising equipment or cleaning alcohol anywhere. Before he brushed the powder off my nails he used the brush to dust down his own coat, honestly it was quite traumatising. The lady was lovely but the whole time I was terrified of getting an infection.
