I was left sitting for 15 minutes after having my nails shaped to get them painted. I noticed all three customers nails took an unusually long time. Couldn’t understand the simple instruction of glazed donut nails so I just had to get a plain colour because I knew anything else would be a disaster. Messed up the girls nails beside me whilst I was there, the whole thing was unenjoyable and time consuming
