The worst experience ever! The technician dug in the cuticle pusher tool into the middle of my nail so hard it went straight into the flesh and was bleeding. Didn’t even apologise! I obviously left and photos and complaint shared with Treatwell.

Great French polish manicure, team was very accommodating with requests of colours. Do feel that pedicure was slightly rough and caused slight discomfort and bleeding around the cuticle but finished result was good
