The staff were very unfriendly; the only time I got a pleasant comment / smile was when I handed the money over. Their manner was brusque; no pleasantries attempted at all. When they needed me to move my hands/feet, they used sign language or a gentle nudge. The 3 members of staff insisted on talking to each other constantly in Chinese, which I thought was the height of rudeness,as all the customers were English speaking! The other customers were more communicative and friendly than the staff!
