I booked a pedicure, paid for on Treatwell and went to the salon for my treatment. The salon was full. I told them i had booked and paid for the appointment and I found it really hard work to get a solution from them to the issue. He just left me standing there and ignored me, carrying on with his client. I asked them to cancel my appointment to refund me and they couldn't. They did suggest me returning in an hour after they were closed, but this time did not work for me. No refund paid as yet
