It’s OK. Every time I’ve been, even though I’ve paid on Treatwell, they don’t acknowledge that immediately so there’s a song and dance before I leave. The manicure is good and lasts, but I also question the cleanliness of the place as I’ve seen tools lying around, and they don’t wear gloves while doing the manicure or give the stations a good disinfecting wipe between clients.
