I turned up and waited 15minutes then asked again when Helen would be there and the man said oh Helen isn’t in today, and I can’t do your appointment. The place looked very dirty and not a relaxing atmosphere. I can’t actually judge the product because I didn’t have them and am trying to get Treatwell to refund me. appalling customer service from them. I don’t recommend them at all

Gel nails have chipped less than a week later, which I'm really disappointed by. The salon was a bit messy, but the service was good and Helen was very pleasant.
