Had to wait an hour as the salon had double booked me. Awkward environment - witnessed two complaints in the time I was sat there. Lashes fell off within a day. Requested a refund and was refused. Avoid.

It wasn’t Helen, I had someone else but he was lovely and did a great job. Great value for money and great service. Will definitely be going again
