Very rushed as technician was trying to do 3 ppls at once, accepting bookings for 15 mins time when she hadn't even begun mine. Used nail drill on my real nails which I don't and made me bleed yanking off hang nails. Was not a pleasant experience.

I made an appointment and when I turned up Donna wasn’t in that day (and no one else for nails was either), the hairdresser was very rude and made me figure out where Donna was. I rebooked my appointment for the next day and arrived to only one nail technician (not Donna) however he was already doing someone’s nails so attempted to do both of ours at the same time. After 30mins we had only just finished a soak off so I left - the whole experience was unorganised, stressful and unenjoyable
