I spent an hour waiting, while the therapist treated someone else (who, for the record, was very unimpressed with their eyelashes and eyebrows work). Because I was seen so late (I had to leave by 7.45, having booked from 6.15 to 7pm, but was seen at 7.15pm) I had to cancel the pedicure The manicure was not great - she started with the wrong colour, did no cuticle work and one nail had chipped within 24 hours. But, the rest of the manicure has stayed on well.
