I accidentally booked my appointment for the wrong date, turned up two days later (!) and the lady at the front desk was absolutely love about the whole thing! I had a shellac manicure. The technician was very quick and efficient, and I'm delighted with the end result. I find the atmosphere friendlier and more comfortable than other nail bars in the area, so I will definitely be back.

Really great service- nail technician offered to apply two base coats as my nails don't often last the full two weeks and it has made a great difference.

The staff were nice and accommodating when I arrived 20 mins late after being stuck in traffic however I was left disappointed with my 'two-week manicure' when an unknown brand was used and my nails started to chip on day 2 (no cleaning etc was done either to encourage chipping!)
