I had a shellac manicure right before two Christmas parties - the manicure itself was lovely and the service was efficient (I was running 15 minutes late but they got me out on time) - however, the manicurist pushed down my cuticles so hard/far that they bled in three different places. There is now a small scar on my index finger underneath the nail. I appreciate the salon staff were rushed but this is pretty unacceptable.
