When I first arrived the salon were running 15 minutes behind. Not a problem in itself but then I felt my manicure was really rushed, and it certainly wasn't as attentive as I'm used to in other salons (specks around my fingers etc). The atmosphere was a bit funny too, it felt as though you were one of too many clients in there and there was no chatting or conversing at all. Not my type of salon at all, but well soaked off gels and a good value treatment despite not having the atmosphere or personal attention I would normally look for.
