I booked Nail Extensions - Refill Acrylic powder & Shellac Colour. As I get in the guy takes off my shellac manicure. Then they told me that extensions is a clip being glue to your nail, which is so bad for my nails and it’s £10 extra charge. I said I thought I booked the extension with the powder? So then the guy said he could do extension with powder. During the manicure he accidentally cut me which can happen. Then at the end I was told I had to pay £10 extra on top of £35. Won’t be back!
